Frequently asked
- Can I try Orbitry without paying?
- Yes. The Free plan is permanent, and no card is required. You get both galaxy views — your full Zodiac Galaxy birth chart and your Mirror Path Galaxy with a preview of each path read — your daily cards including Song of the Day, unlimited written and photo journal entries with 3 voice memos a month and the last 30 days of history, your weekly Compass report with Week, Month, Season and Year previews, and the Core reflection tools (your Core Reflection star, the Big Three Spotlight, Aspects, Houses and your Slow Clock). Free also includes 10 written questions to Astreus a month and a one-time 15-minute Live Chat trial talking with him out loud, which you can split across as many conversations as you like.
- What's the difference between the Zodiac Galaxy and the Mirror Path Galaxy?
- The Zodiac Galaxy is your natal chart — Sun, Moon, planets, and houses, plus today's transits. The Mirror Path Galaxy is your life-path archetypes, built from your onboarding answers. Both views are free; the aspect lines and their written reflections, the long-form Mirror Path deep-dives, the reflections on your Pathfinder between the two galaxies, and the rolling three-month calendar are Premium.
- How does spoken time with Astreus work?
- Read Aloud and Live Chat use Astreus's own voice, and spoken time is metered in minutes. Premium includes 30 minutes each month. Unused included minutes roll over for one month, up to a 60-minute ceiling — so a quiet month isn't lost, but minutes don't stockpile indefinitely. Your included minutes are always spent before any minutes you've purchased. There's no cap on how long a single call can run. If you want more, minutes come as flat-rate packs at 25¢ a minute — 30 minutes for $15, 90 minutes for $36, 240 minutes for $84. Packs are one-time purchases, not part of your subscription — they don't renew, and minutes you buy never expire.
- Can I buy a single report instead of subscribing?
- Yes, for three of them: Year Ahead for $7.99, Year In Review for $7.99, Season for $2.99. Each buys the one window you're looking at — that year, or that zodiac season — and it stays yours to reopen as often as you like, at no further cost. These are one-time purchases, not a subscription, so nothing renews. All three are already included with Premium, so there's never a reason to buy one if you're a member. The Week Ahead and Month Ahead reads aren't sold separately; their whole value is that they keep arriving.
- Can I cancel or switch plans?
- Yes to both, and you manage it yourself: open Account & Privacy in the app and tap Manage subscription to reach your billing portal. Cancel in one click and keep Premium through the end of the period you already paid for; switch between monthly and annual anytime and the difference is prorated automatically.
- Will my journals stay if I downgrade?
- Always. Your data stays on your account regardless of plan — downgrading only pauses the Premium-only features.
